Return and refund policy

We want every Rose Fit order to arrive in good condition. If there is an issue with your order, contact us at fitrose349@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, customer name, photos when applicable, and a short description.

Return requests are reviewed case by case. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging when possible. Do not send an item back until Rose Fit confirms the next steps by email.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error with the order. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and reviewed. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
